BIO
Bryce is a producer, songwriter, drummer, beatboxer, singer, keyboard player, and an experienced performer. Bryce was recently awarded the 2012 Kresge Artist Fellowship by the Kresge Arts in Detroit. Twelve performing artists in Metropolitan Detroit were given this honor for 2012. Others who have achieved the title of “Kresge Fellow” are Monica Blair and Detroit jazz legend Marcus Belgrave. The 2012 fellows were awarded $25,000 each to help promote their music and to further their careers. The performing artists were selected by a distinguished panel of national and local artists.

As a producer and songwriter Bryce has worked on multiple albums with Grammy nominated Kate Hart. He is currently working with the young phenom SOFI K on her debut album which will be released in the fall of 2015. Her first single, One Way Ticket, which she recorded at age 12, gained her local and national attention.

As a performer, Bryce got his first real taste of the big stage when he was selected to perform with Shania Twain at the Palace of Auburn Hills. Since then, he has performed in countless other venues, most notably on the Warped Tour at the Pontiac Silverdome, as a featured performer at the Detroit Opera House, and at the world famous Apollo Theater in New York where he a was a finalist in the Apollo “show off” competition. Bryce plays Drums In his Original group Soul Divide and Also works closely with Atlantic recording artists Stereo Jane who he plays part time keyboard for. His drumming can be heard on a variety of local and national commercials which includes Riunite wine and a Dole lettuce commercial featuring Cheryl Burke from Dancing With the Stars. Bryce is featured in the book Passion, Purpose, and Profit by Elena Camp and has also been featured on Fox 2 News Detroit.
